It has been a pleasure working with the Specialist SEND Group, where I had the opportunity to build their marketing from the ground up. Having a blank canvas allowed me to work closely with the team to explore and define their core values.

My role extended beyond simply promoting SSG’s services. I focused on increasing brand awareness around various special needs and learning disabilities. Through strategic marketing, I helped position SSG as a valuable learning platform, showcasing the specialist knowledge the company holds.
Marketing
I led a full company rebrand at Specialist SEND Group, enhancing brand recognition and consistency while executing a hybrid B2B and B2C marketing strategy across social channels. This approach resulted in a 399% increase in LinkedIn followers, with an average post engagement rate of 6.7%—11.7% higher than competitors from February 2024 to 2025.

Additionally, I managed website hosting, created new pages, and optimized job postings using SEO best practices. I also designed and executed targeted email marketing campaigns, significantly improving client engagement.
